I'm Dr Lee Braiden, founder of Peak Performance AI. I played professional football and represented England at Under-15 level. Since then I've coached at every stage, from grassroots to multiple semi-professional youth teams, and I hold an FA Level 2 coaching badge.

Away from the pitch, I hold a PhD in Mathematics and Applied Nuclear Physics and a BSc in Pure Mathematics. For the past eight years I've been building software and AI products, including sports analytics and prediction platforms covering football, cricket, ice hockey, basketball, American football and tennis.

I built Peak Performance AI because coaching, at any level, comes with a huge amount of work away from the pitch: reports, match preparation, messages to parents, keeping track of how every player is doing. I wanted to give coaches practical, AI-powered advice and take that workload off their shoulders, so more of their time goes where it matters: on the players.

Every feature in the platform comes from the same idea. The coach stays in charge of the decisions, and the technology does the heavy lifting.
